James Bridie (1888-1951)

He was born in 1888 and died in 1951. He was a physician in profession. But he exercised drama. He has written The Anamist, Tobius and the Angel, A Sleeping Clergyman (1933) and Susana and the Elders (1938). He has written John Knox and Other Plays (collection of drama, 1949), Mr. Balfry (1943) and Jona and the Whale.
